And the WWE developmental system doesn't really teach guys to ad-lib well, so it's not like they can say "Well here we are at the main event, set to be 22 minutes with 35 minutes left on the PPV, go ahead and tell Cena and Orton to throw an extra 5 minutes into their match."
That doesn't work unless you're a master of psychology. More often than not it would be the sort of stalling for time not seen since the Bret vs. Shawn Iron Man match (yeah I said it).
Don't go attacking the best match ever....
