That sounds sarcastic. Perhaps bitter.

Adam Sokol (20:45:37): "The first is that I enjoy serving the Master. I legitimately do! I'm immortal, I'm powerful, I have friends, I have enemies, I have everything a girl could ever ask for. So yes, if I'm his toy, it's because I choose to be, because he offers to much to his toys."
Adam Sokol (20:45:42): "Now the second is this."
Adam Sokol (20:46:28): Vivi looks at the floor before looking up. "I bet you didn't know that I had a sister." She smiles. "She was much younger than me. So much younger, in fact, that because I'm immortal, I just told her that I was her mother. I doted on her, and the reason I let you take Learrette off of my hands was because I wanted to spend more time with her. She was smart, beautiful, and away from Rael, and I liked it that way."
This is the quote. So no, I doubt it. You don't go from sarcasm to talking about the reason you're out for blood. It was heartfelt, just a minor thing compared to the death of her sister.
