Unless both of those are also illegal according to Georgia law (they aren't), then I don't see what the issue is. TBH, I don't think it affects the RICO case directly, so apologies if that's what came across. I think the more likely outcome is that if both the DA and Prosecutor get fired as a result of their tomfoolery, the RICO case would likely be impossible to complete before the 2024 election.
