| Zora_Prince 02/02/24 7:33:09 PM #25: | This was a big reason I was I insistent on either a Condo (which I ended up buying) or a townhouse. Yeah, HOA fees are annoying, but it is comforting knowing the emergencies are covered. Dont care about the yard or anything of that sort.
