I have awesome insurance through my job that is pretty much free and has been the last 25 years. If I could retire tomorrow but keep my insurance I would do it. It won't be money keeping me at my job but insurance. And that is why insurance is through your employer. "Land of the free" Socialized Healthcare would free the wage slaves.
