His department held him accountable and his use of force was deemed unreasonable. In this call, they arrested a suspect for a weapons violation and placed him in the car. As he walked by he thought he heard a gunshot. Witnesses said they thought it was a gun shot too. So he used force, its just not the same as if some person in another job used a gun. Like a drive thru employee deciding to start shooting. Because his belief was he was discharging his firearm as a matter of an approved use of force. Its a different standard gotta ban the shitty officers early before they have seniority and you're forced to cover up for them --- I could see you, but I couldn't hear you You were holding your hat in the breeze Turning away from me In this moment you were stolen... ...
