In this call, they arrested a suspect for a weapons violation and placed him in the car. As he walked by he thought he heard a gunshot. Witnesses said they thought it was a gun shot too. So he used force, its just not the same as if some person in another job used a gun. Like a drive thru employee deciding to start shooting. Because his belief was he was discharging his firearm as a matter of an approved use of force.
