I kinda thought that was clear from what I posted. But that may be due to me partaking in rum atm. Even if not using a gun...any case where someone did something that might end in loss of life they should be prosecuted to the full extent of whatever law your region adheres to. Sure, we're human and we make mistakes. But we should be held accountable for them equally. Like someone else said, if I were to fire a gun because "I feared for my life" I'd be facing the court.
