| tcaz2 02/15/24 12:17:50 PM #84: | Its definitely kind of crazy how differently the Mel and Selen things went when, by broad strokes, they did very similar things wrong that led to their firing (I mean what they did is different technically, yeah, but both basically ignored the rules and got fired for it). Mel got amicably let go and had multiple talents and the CEO wish her well. Selen got harassed, unpersoned for a month, and drug through the mud by management and multiple talents. Hell even Rushia got treated better by Cover than Selen did by Niji and Rushia was absolutely the 'bad guy' in that scenario. It just speaks volumes about Niji's corporate culture. ...
