Topic	What's the deal with people posting in topics that died hours or days ago?

Sometimes it's from the More Topics thing and sometimes I will see a topic, but forget to post or can't post at the moment and then remember it and then post. There's a couple of folks who keep bumping up topics either as a gimmick or just wanting more posts in controversial topics.
