Topic	Instead of Surge Pricing, how would you feel if Restaurants had Slump Pricing?

If I seems fast food place have half priced cheeseburgers between 3pm-5pm I don't see anything wrong with that. That's a specific promotion to encourage people to eat that product at a less busy time. Or cheap Tuesday for Pizza.
