The thing is if youre caught up with the situation in Gaza then you know this is a very small band-aid on a gaping wound the US has complicity in. Again for example, does this even match the UNRWA funding the US stopped sending? Yes it is objectively good this aid is coming compared to it not coming. Thats not the sum situation though. And I doubt you can point to any serious poster who actually thinks it would be better in the universe where nothing changes except this aid not getting dropped.

You can talk up all the political complexity of Israel you want; the fact remains their invasion engineered this famine, theyre shooting at people going to aid trucks, and the United States vetoes actionable resolutions in the UN Security Council that would move to do something about it. Yes, it is okay to say the US still is not doing enough. Because its true!

I'm completely fine with the standpoint that the US should be doing more. I draw the line where people think it's the President's job to solve this crisis in a way that is satisfactory to Palestinians and the relative left in this country without tossing the election for his party in November. Advocate to bring awareness to American people, not to twist the arm of the executive branch and think they'll get the other branches to work with them in doing so.

I was mainly responding to the comment from Teddytalks, who just blocks everyone that disagrees with them and tells everyone they're pro-genocide. What fucking divisive trashy bullshit to spread.
