Topic	To circumcise or not?
Prestoff 03/08/24 5:00:05 PM #98:	It says a lot when America is the only first world country and actively participates in baby circumcision, considering many of the "pro's" for circumcision can be circumvented by having easy access to water and personal hygiene.
