There's no need to try and retell the original film's story. They could. But if we're being honest that's all The Crow is to most people. If they don't deliver a goth vigilante movie it would probably disappoint and anger people lol. At least it's not as bad as trying to reboot Total Recall and RoboCop into PG movies.
