Doom eternal was pretty hard and I remember having to turn down the difficulty to whatever they called easy My mom loved doom 2016 but couldn't get into eternal cuz of the difficulty The main game isn't that hard once you learn unlike 2016 specific enemies are weak to specific guns or have weak spots. 2016 you could easily use just about any gun and blast away.
