I haven't tried any sauces from Hellfire, but I have seen them on Heatonist. Heatonist only sells hot sauces that do not use extracts and only sauces that get their heat from real peppers. That's why a lot of those shitty hot sauce gift boxes are garbage because most of the sauces are just vinegar and pepper extracts.
