For stating what was easily observed? They still needed to give medical attention right after cuffing him, and shouldn't be standing around for five minutes with him just laying there, but this doesn't appear to be another case like George Floyd. I haven't watched yet did they leave him on his stomach cause that's a big no no. That's called positional asphyxiation and I've had it drilled into my head heavily once a year every year.
