They were trying to get a new Jurassic Park off the ground for years but the executives kept shooting it down because they didn't think anyone wanted to see a rinky dink dinosaur movie. At one point they got really far pitching an idea for dinosaur human hybrid soldiers. So this is just a big punchline about how the Suits don't think motherfucking dinosaurs are magical enough for people, and I think it's hilarious.
