Topic	How fast can you run a mile CE?

Id come in around 10.5 minutes which was fairly middle of the pack. All I knew was I had to be under 13:30. That is all I cared about. I always played a lot of sports growing up and ran a lot during football and basketball but always hated just regular running. You are severely underestimating Prefontaine. The majority of high schools have their best current runner under 5 minute mile. But the generic athletic is probably better ready for a sprint, so being athletic doesn't necessarily mean a good mile time. --- "Something's wrong!
