like eventually all the protons decay, and the black holes decay, and there is nothing but heat in the universe, no light at all no real energy.

Really with how many hypotheses out there regarding cosmology/cosmogny (or however you spell the word for origins of the universe) I really don't think we're anywhere close to determining which one (if any) are true.
