I was once interested in PiHole years ago until I found out it doesn't help against YouTube ads on TV. I havent tried it, but I doubt it would work. I run a PiHole, but the way it works is by recognizing the hostname of an ad network / service and sending it to 0.0.0.0. Its basically a DNS black hole for ads.
