Felony stigma is bad when it's applied to people trying to genuinely get back on their feet after having their lives destroyed by shit like the drug war. Its not a phrase meant for billionaire turbo criminals who try to literally throw a coup at our country in an attempt to be dictator. MrToothHasYou posted... but because holding up that attitude towards felons is harmful to those felons who are just trying to get their lives back together and be productive members of society Holy fuck people are actually falling for this nonsense.
