Topic	My boss keeps telling me she wants me to shave my face

But yet I get reprimanded for doing so when my co-workers spend several minutes at a time browsing on their phone. I checked my phone and I saw her walk past another of my coworker who was on their phone to yell at me and then I looked to my other side and saw her niece also on her phone...it was crazy. If I point it out though, suddenly I'm starting an argument and have to fix my attitude.
