I also feel that it seems like the higher ups just think this would be inferior to Sword Art Online...even though Dot Hack did it first and always had a superior story then Sword Art has had...sigh. Hell since Namco makes the Sword Art games to they might not want Dot Hack games because they feel the might compete with each other or something, sigh. Sword Art started off okay and then turned into slice of life and got boring real fast. Dot Hack is more mature and I always enjoyed it a lot more. It pulls off that kind of game better and the fact that you aren't playing just the same main character in the different series means that you're not forced to live out whatever the anime did like Sword Art Online and Kirito. ...
