Topic	Why did they never use Moombas again in Final Fantasy

As for why they didn't get a big role again, most likely just too tied in with FF8. Their lore was really specific to that game in that they were the final form of Shumi, and as mentioned earlier, they were kind of thematically tied in with Squall.
