Yeah. Truthfully someone like Asmongold for instance who is seen as such a grifter voice, he actually said himself if he were to identify politically he would be more or a liberal\progressive. But the thing is he won't ally with liberal\progressives because if he plays a game and dislikes things in it and talks about it he gets called alt right and a chud.
But here is the thing, his stream last night had concurrent 150k views for 12 hours straight.
Imagine if audiences like this could be captured rather than ostracized.

I saw Asmongold videos out of curiosity since he got blasted here on these boards and the guy has pretty tame takes. He did say stupid shit but he at least apologized. Funnily enough his ban actually helped him get a bit of his life together and other streamers that antagonized him turned out to be doing worse shit than him, so there is some irony on all of it.

Calling everyone a chud hurts much more than it helps, but punching down your political "enemies" is too much of a dopamine hit, and now they're surprised people don't like them very much.

And guess what happens when you hostilize a group that turns out to be much bigger than it seemed?

Not saying those young men were right to vote Trump, but there is a certain degree of just not caring about men's issues from the online left. The male loneliness epidemic is a genuine problem but it gets met with a lot of sneering, which is really bad on us.

The real problem will be when they have to reckon with their situations not improving a jot from Trump's presidency.

The very deceased politics board had, any discussion of men rights got shut down fast.
