Very unlikely the SCOTUS actually stops him from deporting people, though.

It will be an argument on how the constitution is to be interpreted. Their argument they will put forward falls on the part that says "subject to the jurisdiction of". They will claim that since illegal immigrants aren't subject to the jurisdiction of the United States then neither is the child.

With a stacked scotus all he needs is some sort of an argument like that. I think it's possible but highly unlikely.
