Assuming you are talking about a vasectomy and not tubal ligation then yes if you are done having kids. I would always opt for the safer vasectomy over my partner getting tubal ligation. By using the term snip Im fairly confident this is about vasectomy which would be a normal partner conversation at an OBGYN visit.
