The only exceptions to this should be cases that were a) absolutely needed for the sake of the victim b) double checked by qualified doctors to confirm that the decision was correct and that the people making the decision were qualified (mental state of the child itself for example) Cutting foreskin should definitely be illegal. It is harmless and can bring unique pleasure to both people involved. Vasectomy (adults choosing for themselves obviously) I also think is a mistake, but in the end it doesn't really matter and harms no one other than themselves. Sure, make it legal, at the risk of the choice ruining relationships just by existing. --- This is my new wife. It's Schrodingers Wife.
