I believe with AI voices, deep fakes etc... The internet will be a baron wasteland at some point. We just won't know what's real anymore....but maybe it'll bring us back to relying on first hand experiences...make us more human again? It would just slow down the spread of information, which might not be that good. It would also slow down the learning process. Being able to access books and other things on the internet is actually useful, and doesnt make us less human. Slowing down the spread of information can be bad due to someone else being able to control the information before the public gets ahold of it First hand experiences are good and all, but not everyone will have the means to do it The internet itself is fine.
