If Jesus was really God, he'd broadcast his face over the entire Earth like some kind of projection and then proceed to speak to every single person at the same time through telepathy. He would then showcase his powers by making things like angels and demons appear out of thin air. These angels and demons would monitor the Earth and its denizens to ensure peace. If people do not kneel, Jesus will come down and implode the heathens into a million pieces until the rest comply. Once all has kneeled, Jesus will smile and disappear. Everyone will hear a 'ding' noise indicating their successful qualification to enter heaven. A 'buzz' noise will indicate failure, and a trip to hell.
