I played the PSP version ~4 years ago (around the start of the lockdowns) and I honestly don't remember much of it at this point, other then the fact that I was a little disappointed that there were really only one or two meaningful choices throughout the game (I set my expectations a little too high after the first choice you get to make) and that I found the last part of the game to be an absolute slog (I want to say there were at least 10+ battles in a row climbing through the dungeon/forest/whatever it was) and a bit of a letdown story-wise compared to the rest of it.

Overall, I still liked it (and loved some of the music), so I plan to either replay it or get the new remake at some point, but I think I still prefer FFT.

Right, the Hanging Gardens. Those are the battles in the final gauntlet. It is exhausting, but those battles also have some of the best maps in the game, so at least they were fun. But yeah, they seriously should have cut that down to three battles.

As for the choices, i dont think anymof them are as dark as the first one, but they do matter. Some of them dealing with an important party member, and depending on how you answer, it will change their alliance, and lock you into an ending path.
