Well I have a massive tv package. Its all special movie channels like HBO, Starz, Showtime, sports package, highest tier available. It comes with like a few hundred channels. I get like multiple discovery, history channels that I love. I have multiple DVRs. Just an absolute ton of stuff I use.

Its all one big bill with my Internet and my landline phone as well. The cable tv part of my bill is roughly $250 a month total. To me its pretty reasonable though Im sure CE would disagree. But my tv is on all the time when Im not working or sleeping. If I trimmed some of the extras like just the 3 movie channels I could still have a robust tv package in the high $100 range with close to 200 channels

The other benefit is since I pay for cable I still have access to the app/streaming by just logging in with my cable provider so its not like I can only watch HBO live. I can still launch the app and binge a show if I want. Or I can do it right through my cable box with the on demand service which is like using an app but just accessing the content right through the cable box.

For as big a part of my life that tv is Im fine with the price. Though again Im sure many on CE would balk at that.
I have a similar package going on. It is nice to just run through the guide you can almost always find something to have on. Plus with Showtime, TMC, etc, I have noticed their late night offerings are a bit more revealing than they used to be (still nothing like you would see online though).

I only appear to be out of line because I am the only one who is in line.
