I just inspected it a little bit ago and it's missing a large chunk of hair from near the base of its tail. It ate so much that it seems like it hadn't eaten in a long while. Odds are it's someone's pet. Check local facebook groups for missing cats to make sure someone didn't report it missing. Maybe take it in to see if it has a chip. (Do they do that for cats?)I don't use facebook, and yes, cats get chipped as well, and I could see if the local vet would do a chip check. --- Without truth, there is nothing. ...
