Amazing game. First game I beat in 2025. I liked the twists, the characters, the battle system. There were a few points where I thought MP recovering items were a little too sparse, but overall, absolutely loved the game.

I don't think I want a sequel with all the cast though. Not in the traditional RPG setting anyway. Yeah, Will wants to keep adventuring, but he also has some real responsibilities now. I don't like him and all the cast leaving their current space to go on another adventure. I could see it working if they made it like a base building game on top of things. I don't remember the town being utterly destroyed, but there's always room for improvements, so you could go adventuring to get resources to build up your kingdom, that kind of thing would be ok I think.
