The only way to play it in English at the moment is the shitty SNES version that got translated. But it's missing so much compared to the PS1/Saturn versions such as voice acting, more events, and more. Tim Rogers described playing the SNES version as "like watching a movie for the 1st time muted with subtitles on". Seriously, why doesn't Konami just throw this over here, especially with that Switch remaster that is about to drop? They dont have to rerecord voice lines in English or anything. A ton of modern games definitely owe to the innovations from this mid-90s PC Engine game and it's kinda wild we never got this in modern times.
