Its not that niche. If youve never experienced it, thats on you.

But regardless of how niche it is or isnt, its still applicable when people use the phrase The customer is always right.

When somebody makes a generalisation, bringing up instances where it doesnt apply is exactly how you challenge that generalisation.

If you wanted to say that some businesses need to live by the philosophy of the customer always being right, Id agree with you. It just isnt universally applicable.
