It's going to radicalize all blue states against him. Or at least it should. It should since, as others have said, this is a rather blatant "Taxation without representation" situation. There is a reason money is the responsibility of congress. All the stuff he has been doing with DOGE, money and budgets is a violation of separation of powers by my judgement.
