Might make it easier to just completely remove them than to try and shuffle around with pants around his ankles. Good questions. He's prob overweight but like "normal" American overweight. Like, not obese but def carrying an extra 20 pounds give or take. He does not appear limited in movement from what I've observed but I don't work in the same department as him and haven't had many conversations outside of passing pleasantries and "how was your weekend?"-type stuff.
