So Lex basically made a test tube baby with Superman. He's never beating the allegations. He's made two clones, as far as I'm aware, and one is Superboy which has his own DNA added in. As for THIS clone, it's most likely a setup for Bizarro. He's being sent into a black hole where his body will be mutated and broken apart. He was considered stupid and that's most likely a clear sign that he's going to be Bizarro. It's clearly a setup for that. Edit - I just realized you brought up Connor. Whoops lol.
