I assume he's looking for a firebending master, but doesn't he know the location of one already? And wasn't that dude outside the fire nation? -I feel like it's weird that no one has reacted to Toph metalbending, something that was previously thought impossible -Azula willing to give away credit for killing the avatar just on the off-chance he might have survived so that Zuko will be disgraced.
