I fucking ask you.cuz people are used to consoles and don't want to deal with the hassle of PC's and besides this game even on PC has frames dips from what i hear so the issue is the typical low effort cross platform porting where they don't optimize and just brute force it thru the gpu/cpu power but it's kinda funny they went for a safe remake where they changed nothing about the base game other then the graphics and were able to recreate the same issue it had on the ps2 back in the day where it had frame dips too --- "You can pretend to be serious; you can't pretend to be witty." - Sacha Guitry (1885-1957) ...
