That is similar to what happened with my vita's screen. Row of dead pixels started appearing....at first it was like 2 lines, and then it just slowly increased.

Those pixels is more than likely dead.

You can try going to this site on your TV to see if that line can be unstuck, but from what I've read up on something like this the only other option is to repair the screen. (and at this point you might as well just buy a replacement).

But yeah I hear you on not having the money to actually repair or replace something like that asap. These TVs is way too expensive to be screwing up in under 5 years of ownership.
