Controlled substances, especially narcotics, would have to be kept, a DEA form filled out, and then held until someone can pick them up. As for noncontrolled drugs, I guess it depends. Some pharmacies can set up a system to send it back to their supplier to recoup some of the costs. It's so rare for a drug to expire on us, though, because most pharmacies have systems in place that automatically order drugs as they get used up. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
