Topic	2013 Character Battle X-Stats: The Adjusted Version (now with less Draven)

I haven't bothered with adjusted stats the last couple of contests because rallies pollute the pool to the point that they don't really matter anymore, but figuring out a basis for adjustments and trying to be consistent across the board is a fun challenge. I assume you used the Mario/Crono/Mega Man X match to help make a few adjustments, too.
