Sure it doesn't say no sex, it say no marriage, but since marriage is required under both old and new testament law for sex, this is strongly implied. I mean, if you think about it logically sex in heaven wouldn't make sense because you have a spiritual body and sex makes more people. But this is the end of the world so you wouldn't be making more people. So essentially the angels are asexual.
