| Kungfu Kenobi 04/24/17 4:55:59 PM #6: | Mixed bag. My food choices aren't too bad - they are generally unprocessed meats, rice, vegetables, eggs. I have fast food a couple times a month for convenience, but it's not economical and most of my food choices are driven by budget rather than health - if cans of highly processed beef stew are what's on sale, that's what I eat. I drink too much Coke and Dr. Pepper, but I'm learning to substitute that with unsweetened green tea.
