False, to an extent. What you eat is obviously important, and dominos has disgusting grease and tons of fat and sodium. Granted, it depends what they cook at home, and it could be just as bad or worse. But cooking is almost always healthier when compared to fast food and restaurants (though some are healthy, admittedly)
Doesn't matter what you cook or eat, when you consume it in insane amounts, that's when it gets unhealthy. And yes, that includes veggies. ---
