Yes, it will win because of OoT being the best game ever... But even if you get rid of OoT for the year, RBY, Tactics, HL, MGS, BK, and Suckcraft all came out that year. And while I don't like HL, or Suckcraft (clearly) they are both still monumental games all time. Favorite years aside, that's just peoples favorite games or memories and has nothing to do with the big hitters.
