AElaias 04/25/17 12:50:07 PM #10: | That I am. After researching the difference between the ASD (American Standard Diet) and the MD (Mediterranean Diet), I reformed in my ways. I exclude inorganic, processed, and sugary in excess things in exchange for homemade, vegetable rich, and natural sweeteners (ex. honey) to accomplish two effects in my household – Weightloss and Dental Fitness. I plan the meals, I cook them, and keep the grocery shopping in check all in adamance for my kin’s sake. When I had a cephalic affliction, I cure myself by these means to re-live my life unhurt anymore. Nowadays, I evangelize about them to the kin, who like myself had too little nutrition and too much of a sweet-tooth, as a fanatic amusingly. I lost twenty pounds from 164 to 146 just drinking water and making my own fruit desserts (pizzas), so I am overjoyed. --- The best preacher is the heart; the best teacher is time; the best book is the world; the best friend is God. - Talmud ...
